*VILLAGE CENTER APARTMENTS SUMMARY: Located on Hutchins Street in Morrisville, Village Center Apartments transforms an unused, infill lot into 24 income eligible, affordable rental apartments designated for lower and moderate income earning households. The all-electric building consists of a mixture of studios, one, and two bedroom rental apartments with monthly rental rates that range from $650 - $1,000 including heat and utilities. 

*3 WEEK COMMUNITY PROJECTION: During weeks of June 20 through July 4, Garden Level elevator installation will begin, apartments on this level are nearly complete! Final painting underway on first floor, installation of countertops and sinks on second floor and preparation for final paint. Installation of shelving and vanity countertops on third floor. Installation of flooring and kitchen cabinets on fourth floor. Exterior siding installation on east side of building. Final grading of site underway. Crane pad removed from Hutchins Street. Storage containers removed from public parking lot adjacent to the project site. Additional clean up work on Hutchins Street. 30+ workers on site on a given day. During this time, impacts to Morrisville outside the construction site should be minimal. Businesses directly adjacent to the Hutchins Street construction site are open for business.

*3 WEEK COMMUNITY PROJECTION: During weeks of May 30 through June 13, installation of apartment finish, plus mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment is nearly complete on Garden Level. First and second floor flooring, finishes, lights and plumbing fixture installation is underway. Third floor work will resume after gypcrete cures. Top floor drywall sanding, priming, and gypcrete floor installation is occurring. Exterior foam insulation and strapping is nearly complete, siding installation has begun on the building's East side. Concrete, sidewalks and curbing will be underway soon. 30+ workers on site on a given day. Storage containers are being removed from the public parking lot adjacent to the project site. Work will begin shortly to clean up Hutchins Street. During this time, impacts to Morrisville outside the construction site should be minimal. Businesses directly adjacent to the Hutchins Street construction site are open for business.

Siding is anticipated soon. 30+ workers are on site on a given day.
