Regional Housing Assessment
Lamoille Valley communities now have access to a recently completed housing needs and assessment report, a publicly available resource to help area communities increase their understanding of the areaβs housing ecosystem and a tool to inform future planning. The report was prepared by Doug Kennedy Advisors based in Norwich, Vermont. It provides an overall assessment of Lamoille County and the Town of Hardwickβs housing stock and housing needs, including workforce housing demand and supply.
Funders of the study include the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Lamoille County Planning Commission, Lamoille Housing Partnership, Lamoille Economic Development Corporation, and The Stowe Land Trust.
