Seeking long term housing? Please read the following information closely: Lamoille Housing Partnership (LHP) provides income eligible, affordable rental apartment opportunities in Lamoille County. LHP does not provide short term, emergency shelter.

HOW TO APPLY FOR HOUSING:

There are two ways to apply for an LHP apartment: signing up for our Vacancy Notification List to be notified when an apartment becomes available, or by completing the application for one of our subsidized properties.

  • Sign up for our Vacancy Notification List: To be notified when an apartment becomes available, please sign up for our Vacancy Notification List. Once you are on the list, you will be contacted when an apartment becomes available. To sign up, please email the following information to lhpvacancies@downstreet.org:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Number of people in household

  • Apply to the waitlist for a subsidized property: We maintain a waitlist for LHP's two subsidized properties: Lamoille View Apartments, and Portland and Main Street Apartments. To be added to a waitlist for one of these properties, please complete an application. Completed applications can be mailed to 26 Hutchins St. Suite 102, Morrisville, VT, 05661. Once you are added to the waitlist, you will remain on a waitlist until you are offered a unit by Downstreet, no longer need a unit, or do not respond to a waitlist mailing.
